1. Purpose

These Subscription Terms govern subscriptions for VOGG replacement brush heads offered by VOGG, a brand operated by:

These Subscription Terms supplement the VOGG Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

By purchasing a VOGG subscription, the customer agrees to these Subscription Terms and expressly authorizes recurring automatic charges until the subscription is canceled.

2. How the Subscription Works

The VOGG subscription service allows customers to automatically receive replacement brush heads at regular intervals.

Shipments and recurring charges are scheduled every 3 months based on the selected subscription plan.

The subscription automatically renews every 3 months until canceled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

VOGG currently offers:

Discovery Pack

1 replacement brush head every 3 months

Duo Pack

2 replacement brush heads every 3 months

Family Pack

3 replacement brush heads every 3 months

Standard subscription shipping is free.

The exact subscription price and currency applicable to customers in the United States or United Arab Emirates will be displayed before the subscription is confirmed.

Ici, je ne mettrais volontairement pas les prix français en euros sur la version US/UAE. Ton document actuel les affiche puis précise que les autres marchés peuvent avoir une autre devise. Pour une vraie version US/UAE séparée, il est plus propre que le prix USD/AED affiché par Shopify soit la référence.

4. Free Shipping

Standard shipping for replacement brush heads included in a VOGG subscription is free of charge.

No additional standard shipping fee will be charged for scheduled subscription shipments, subject to any delivery restrictions disclosed before purchase.

5. No Minimum Commitment

VOGG subscriptions have no minimum commitment period.

Customers may cancel at any time in accordance with these Terms.

There is no cancellation fee.

6. Automatic Renewal

VOGG subscriptions automatically renew every 3 months.

At each renewal date, the applicable subscription amount is automatically charged to the payment method on file.

Renewals continue until the subscription is canceled.

7. Authorization for Recurring Charges

By purchasing a VOGG subscription, the customer expressly authorizes MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC and its payment service providers to automatically charge the payment method on file at the price and frequency disclosed before purchase.

For the subscriptions covered by these Terms, recurring charges normally occur every 3 months.

Authorization remains in effect until cancellation.

8. Payment Method

Customers must maintain a valid payment method capable of processing recurring charges.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or compatible payment providers used by VOGG.

VOGG does not necessarily receive or store complete payment card information.

9. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, one or more additional attempts may be made.

The customer may be notified and asked to update their payment method.

If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be automatically canceled.

No new subscription shipment will be processed where the corresponding payment cannot be successfully collected.

10. Changing the Quantity

Customers may change the quantity of replacement brush heads through the subscription-management options made available by VOGG.

For example:

1 replacement head → Discovery Plan
2 replacement heads → Duo Plan
3 replacement heads → Family Plan

The applicable new price will be presented before the change is confirmed.

11. No Subscription Pause

VOGG subscriptions cannot currently be temporarily paused.

Customers who no longer wish to receive replacement heads may cancel and subscribe again later.

12. No Skipping or Postponing Shipments

VOGG does not currently offer the option to skip or postpone an individual scheduled shipment.

Customers may modify their subscription quantity or cancel their subscription.

13. Cancel Anytime

Customers may cancel their VOGG subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

Cancellation may be completed through the subscription-management tools provided by VOGG, including through the customer's account where available.

Cancellation stops future renewals and recurring charges that have not already been processed.

14. Canceling Before the Next Renewal

To avoid the next recurring charge and shipment, cancellation must occur before the next renewal is processed.

If the payment has already been processed and the corresponding order created or prepared, cancellation prevents subsequent renewals but may not automatically cancel the order already generated.

Applicable return or refund rights remain governed by VOGG's Terms & Conditions, Return Policy and applicable law.

15. Effect of Cancellation

Once canceled:

no future renewals will be processed; no future recurring subscription charges will be made; and no future subscription shipments will be scheduled.

Cancellation does not affect orders validly processed before cancellation took effect.

16. Subscription Price Changes

VOGG may change subscription prices from time to time.

Where a price increase applies to an existing subscription, customers will receive advance notice when required by applicable law.

The notice will identify the new price and effective date.

Where applicable law requires additional consent before a new recurring price may be charged, VOGG will obtain that consent.

Customers may cancel before the new price takes effect.

17. United States Pricing and Currency

For customers purchasing through the United States version of VOGG, subscription prices are generally displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

The exact amount and currency displayed before confirmation apply to the subscription.

Applicable taxes will be presented in accordance with the requirements applicable to the transaction.

18. United Arab Emirates Pricing and Currency

For customers purchasing through the UAE version of VOGG, subscription prices are generally displayed and charged in UAE dirhams (AED).

The exact amount and currency displayed before confirmation apply to the subscription.

Applicable taxes will be presented in accordance with the requirements applicable to the transaction.

19. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate and current shipping address.

Address changes must be completed before the next recurring order is processed to apply to that shipment.

20. Product Availability

Subscriptions are subject to product availability.

If replacement heads become temporarily unavailable, VOGG may delay shipment and notify the customer.

If VOGG can no longer supply the subscribed product on an ongoing basis, VOGG may terminate the subscription and stop future recurring charges.

21. Returns and Refunds

Canceling a subscription and returning an order already received are separate actions.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund an order already processed.

Returns and refunds are governed by the VOGG Return Policy, Terms & Conditions and applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable hygiene restrictions relating to opened oral-care products may continue to apply.

22. Warranty

Products received through a subscription are covered by applicable VOGG commercial warranties and any statutory protections that apply to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

23. Subscription Communications

VOGG may send service-related communications concerning:

renewals; payments; failed payments; price changes; orders; shipments; material changes to these Terms; and cancellation.

These communications may be sent even if the customer has opted out of promotional marketing emails.

24. Shopify Subscriptions

VOGG uses Shopify Subscriptions to support and manage recurring subscriptions.

Shopify provides e-commerce and subscription technology services.

The seller of VOGG products and the customer's contractual counterparty is MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of VOGG products.

Your current document still identifies SCALEUP as the contractual seller in this section. That absolutely needed changing now that MGTC is the seller.

25. Subscription Consent

Before completing a subscription purchase, customers will be provided with clear information regarding:

the subscribed product; quantity; subscription price; delivery frequency; billing frequency; automatic renewal; and cancellation terms.

By confirming the subscription, the customer expressly agrees that the payment method on file may be automatically charged at the disclosed price and frequency until cancellation.

26. United States Customers

For customers located in the United States, subscriptions and automatic renewals are subject to applicable federal and state requirements.

VOGG will provide disclosures regarding recurring charges and cancellation methods where required.

Customers will be informed before subscribing of the recurring nature of the subscription, applicable amount and billing frequency and the method for cancellation.

Any non-waivable rights available under applicable federal or state law remain unaffected.

27. United Arab Emirates Customers

For customers located in the United Arab Emirates, subscriptions are subject to applicable UAE consumer protection, e-commerce, payment and other mandatory requirements.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.

28. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Subscription Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection, those protections prevail.

29. Changes to These Subscription Terms

MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC may update these Subscription Terms to reflect changes to the subscription service, available features, pricing, technology providers, Shopify functionality or applicable legal requirements.

Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, customers will receive advance notice where required by applicable law.
