1. Purpose
These Subscription Terms govern recurring VOGG replacement-brush-head subscriptions offered through www.thevogg.ae.
VOGG is a brand operated by:
MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC
A Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC) incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

These Subscription Terms supplement the VOGG Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.
By purchasing a VOGG subscription, the customer agrees to these Subscription Terms and authorizes recurring automatic charges until the subscription is cancelled.
1. الغرض
تنظم شروط الاشتراك هذه اشتراكات VOGG الدورية الخاصة برؤوس فرش الأسنان البديلة والمتاحة عبر www.thevogg.ae.
VOGG هي علامة تجارية تديرها:
MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC
شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة في منطقة حرة (FZ-LLC) مؤسسة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

تكمل شروط الاشتراك هذه شروط وأحكام VOGG وسياسة الخصوصية والسياسات الأخرى المعمول بها.
من خلال شراء اشتراك VOGG، يوافق العميل على شروط الاشتراك هذه ويفوض إجراء الخصومات الدورية التلقائية حتى يتم إلغاء الاشتراك.
2. How the Subscription Works
The VOGG subscription service allows customers to automatically receive replacement brush heads at regular intervals.
Subscription shipments and recurring charges are scheduled every 3 months according to the selected plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew every 3 months until cancelled.
2. كيفية عمل الاشتراك
تتيح خدمة اشتراك VOGG للعملاء استلام رؤوس فرش الأسنان البديلة تلقائيًا على فترات منتظمة.
يتم جدولة شحنات الاشتراك والمدفوعات الدورية كل 3 أشهر وفقًا للخطة المختارة.
يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا كل 3 أشهر حتى يتم إلغاؤه.
3. Subscription Plans
VOGG currently offers the following subscription plans:
Discovery Subscription
1 replacement brush head every 3 months
AED 29 every 3 months
Duo Subscription
2 replacement brush heads every 3 months
AED 49 every 3 months
Family Subscription
3 replacement brush heads every 3 months
AED 69 every 3 months
Standard UAE subscription delivery is included free of charge.
The applicable plan, quantity, price and frequency will be displayed before the customer confirms the subscription.

تقدم VOGG حاليًا خطط الاشتراك التالية:

رأس فرشاة بديل واحد كل 3 أشهر
29 درهمًا كل 3 أشهر
اشتراك Duo
رأسا فرشاة بديلان كل 3 أشهر
49 درهمًا كل 3 أشهر
اشتراك Family
3 رؤوس فرش بديلة كل 3 أشهر
69 درهمًا كل 3 أشهر
التوصيل القياسي لشحنات الاشتراك داخل دولة الإمارات مجاني.
يتم عرض الخطة والكمية والسعر ودورية الشحن المطبقة قبل أن يؤكد العميل الاشتراك.
4. Free Subscription Delivery
Standard UAE delivery is included free of charge for qualifying recurring VOGG subscription shipments.
No additional standard delivery fee is charged for scheduled subscription shipments.
This free-delivery benefit applies only to recurring subscription shipments.
It does not automatically apply to:
one-time replacement-head purchases;
accessories;
toothbrush packs;
water flossers;
other VOGG products.
4. التوصيل المجاني للاشتراكات
يتم تضمين التوصيل القياسي المجاني داخل دولة الإمارات لشحنات اشتراك VOGG الدورية المؤهلة.
لا يتم فرض رسوم توصيل قياسية إضافية على شحنات الاشتراك المجدولة.
تنطبق ميزة التوصيل المجاني هذه فقط على شحنات الاشتراك الدورية.
ولا تنطبق تلقائيًا على:
مشتريات رؤوس الفرش لمرة واحدة؛
الإكسسوارات؛
باقات فرش الأسنان؛
أجهزة تنظيف الأسنان بالماء؛
منتجات VOGG الأخرى.
5. No Minimum Commitment
VOGG subscriptions have no minimum commitment period.
Customers may cancel at any time before the next renewal is processed.
There is no cancellation fee.
5. بدون حد أدنى للالتزام
لا تتطلب اشتراكات VOGG حدًا أدنى لمدة الالتزام.
يمكن للعملاء الإلغاء في أي وقت قبل معالجة التجديد التالي.
لا توجد رسوم إلغاء.
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew every 3 months until cancelled.
At each renewal date, the applicable subscription amount is automatically charged to the payment method on file.
Renewals continue until the customer cancels the subscription.

يتم تجديد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا كل 3 أشهر حتى يتم إلغاؤها.
في كل موعد تجديد، يتم خصم قيمة الاشتراك تلقائيًا من وسيلة الدفع المسجلة.
تستمر التجديدات حتى يقوم العميل بإلغاء الاشتراك.
7. Authorization for Recurring Charges
By purchasing a VOGG subscription, the customer expressly authorizes MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC and its payment service providers to automatically charge the payment method on file at the disclosed subscription price and frequency.
This authorization remains valid until the subscription is cancelled.
7. التفويض بالخصومات الدورية
من خلال شراء اشتراك VOGG، يفوض العميل صراحةً MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC ومقدمي خدمات الدفع التابعين لها بخصم قيمة الاشتراك تلقائيًا من وسيلة الدفع المسجلة بالسعر والدورية المعلنين.
يظل هذا التفويض ساريًا حتى يتم إلغاء الاشتراك.
8. Payment Method
Customers must maintain a valid payment method capable of processing recurring charges.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, Shopify-supported subscription infrastructure and/or other compatible payment providers used by VOGG.
VOGG does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details.
8. وسيلة الدفع
يجب على العملاء الاحتفاظ بوسيلة دفع صالحة قادرة على معالجة الخصومات الدورية.
قد تتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال Stripe والبنية التحتية للاشتراكات التي تدعمها Shopify و/أو مقدمي خدمات دفع متوافقين آخرين تستخدمهم VOGG.
لا تتلقى VOGG أو تخزن بالضرورة تفاصيل بطاقة الدفع الكاملة.
9. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
additional payment attempts may be made;
the customer may be asked to update the payment method;
the corresponding shipment may be delayed;
the subscription may be cancelled if payment remains unsuccessful.
No new subscription shipment will be processed where the corresponding payment cannot be successfully collected.

إذا فشل دفع دوري:
قد تتم محاولات دفع إضافية؛
قد يُطلب من العميل تحديث وسيلة الدفع؛
قد تتأخر الشحنة المقابلة؛
قد يتم إلغاء الاشتراك إذا استمر فشل الدفع.
لن تتم معالجة شحنة اشتراك جديدة إذا تعذر تحصيل الدفعة المقابلة بنجاح.
10. Changing the Subscription Plan
Where VOGG provides subscription-management functionality, customers may be able to change their subscription plan.
The available plans are:
1 replacement head → Discovery Subscription
2 replacement heads → Duo Subscription
3 replacement heads → Family Subscription
The new applicable price will be displayed before the change is confirmed.
10. تغيير خطة الاشتراك
عندما توفر VOGG أدوات لإدارة الاشتراك، قد يتمكن العملاء من تغيير خطة اشتراكهم.
الخطط المتاحة هي:
رأس واحد → اشتراك Discovery
رأسان → اشتراك Duo
3 رؤوس → اشتراك Family
سيتم عرض السعر الجديد المطبق قبل تأكيد التغيير.
11. No Subscription Pause
VOGG subscriptions cannot currently be temporarily paused.
Customers who no longer wish to receive replacement heads may cancel the subscription and subscribe again later.
11. عدم توفر الإيقاف المؤقت
لا يمكن حاليًا إيقاف اشتراكات VOGG مؤقتًا.
يمكن للعملاء الذين لا يرغبون مؤقتًا في استلام رؤوس بديلة إلغاء الاشتراك ثم الاشتراك من جديد لاحقًا.
12. No Skipping or Postponing Shipments
VOGG does not currently offer the option to skip or postpone an individual scheduled shipment.
Customers may modify their plan where this functionality is available or cancel their subscription.

لا توفر VOGG حاليًا إمكانية تخطي شحنة مجدولة أو تأجيلها بشكل فردي.
يمكن للعملاء تعديل خطتهم عندما تكون هذه الوظيفة متاحة أو إلغاء الاشتراك.
13. Cancel Anytime
Customers may cancel their VOGG subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.
Cancellation may be completed through the subscription-management tools provided by VOGG, including the customer's account where available.
Customers may also contact:
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and future recurring charges that have not yet been processed.
13. الإلغاء في أي وقت
يمكن للعملاء إلغاء اشتراك VOGG في أي وقت دون رسوم إلغاء.
قد يتم الإلغاء من خلال أدوات إدارة الاشتراك التي توفرها VOGG، بما في ذلك حساب العميل عندما تكون هذه الميزة متاحة.
كما يمكن للعملاء التواصل عبر:

14. Cancelling Before the Next Renewal
To avoid the next recurring charge and shipment, cancellation must occur before the next renewal is processed.
If payment has already been processed and the corresponding order has already been created, prepared or shipped, cancellation will stop subsequent renewals but may not cancel the order already generated.
14. الإلغاء قبل التجديد التالي
لتجنب الخصم والشحنة الدورية التالية، يجب إجراء الإلغاء قبل معالجة التجديد التالي.
إذا تمت معالجة الدفع بالفعل وتم إنشاء الطلب المقابل أو تجهيزه أو شحنه، فإن الإلغاء سيوقف التجديدات اللاحقة ولكنه قد لا يلغي الطلب الذي تمت معالجته بالفعل.
15. Effect of Cancellation
Once a subscription has been cancelled:
no future renewals will be processed;
no future recurring subscription charges will be made;
no future subscription shipments will be scheduled.
Cancellation does not affect orders already validly processed before the cancellation took effect.
15. أثر الإلغاء
بعد إلغاء الاشتراك:
لن تتم معالجة أي تجديدات مستقبلية؛
لن يتم إجراء خصومات اشتراك دورية مستقبلية؛
لن يتم جدولة شحنات اشتراك مستقبلية.
ولا يؤثر الإلغاء على الطلبات التي تمت معالجتها بصورة صحيحة قبل سريان الإلغاء.
16. Subscription Price Changes
VOGG may change subscription prices from time to time.
Where a price increase affects an existing subscription, VOGG will provide advance notice where required by applicable law.
The notice may identify:
the new price;
the effective date;
any action required from the customer.
Where additional consent is legally required before a new recurring price may be charged, VOGG will obtain that consent.
Customers may cancel before the new price takes effect.
16. تغيير أسعار الاشتراك
يجوز لـ VOGG تغيير أسعار الاشتراك من وقت لآخر.
إذا أثرت زيادة في السعر على اشتراك قائم، ستقوم VOGG بإرسال إشعار مسبق عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك.
وقد يتضمن الإشعار:
السعر الجديد؛
تاريخ سريان السعر؛
أي إجراء مطلوب من العميل.
إذا تطلب القانون موافقة إضافية قبل تطبيق سعر دوري جديد، فستحصل VOGG على هذه الموافقة.
ويمكن للعميل الإلغاء قبل سريان السعر الجديد.
17. Currency
All VOGG UAE subscription prices are displayed and charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
The exact amount displayed before confirmation is the amount applicable to the subscription.

يتم عرض جميع أسعار اشتراكات VOGG في دولة الإمارات وخصمها بـ الدرهم الإماراتي (AED).
تكون القيمة الدقيقة المعروضة قبل التأكيد هي القيمة المطبقة على الاشتراك.
18. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate and current delivery address.
Any address change must be completed before the next recurring order is processed in order to apply to that shipment.

يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية الحفاظ على عنوان توصيل دقيق ومحدث.
يجب إتمام أي تغيير في العنوان قبل معالجة الطلب الدوري التالي حتى ينطبق على تلك الشحنة.
19. Product Availability
Subscriptions remain subject to product availability.
If replacement heads become temporarily unavailable, VOGG may delay a scheduled shipment and notify the customer.
If VOGG can no longer supply the subscribed product on an ongoing basis, VOGG may terminate the subscription and stop future recurring charges.
19. توفر المنتجات
تظل الاشتراكات خاضعة لتوفر المنتجات.
إذا أصبحت رؤوس الفرش البديلة غير متوفرة مؤقتًا، يجوز لـ VOGG تأخير شحنة مجدولة وإبلاغ العميل.
إذا لم تعد VOGG قادرة على توفير المنتج المشترك فيه بشكل مستمر، يجوز لها إنهاء الاشتراك وإيقاف الخصومات المستقبلية.
20. Returns and Refunds
Cancelling a subscription and returning a subscription order already received are separate actions.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed.
Replacement brush heads are hygiene products.
Opened, unsealed or used replacement brush heads may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where such restriction is permitted under applicable law.
Defective, damaged or non-conforming products remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
20. الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال
يعتبر إلغاء الاشتراك وإرجاع طلب اشتراك تم استلامه بالفعل إجراءين منفصلين.
يمنع الإلغاء التجديدات المستقبلية ولكنه لا يؤدي تلقائيًا إلى رد قيمة طلب تمت معالجته بالفعل.
تعتبر رؤوس فرش الأسنان البديلة منتجات نظافة شخصية.
قد لا تكون رؤوس الفرش المفتوحة أو التي أزيل ختمها أو تم استخدامها مؤهلة للإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي حيث يسمح القانون بذلك.
تظل المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة خاضعة لحقوق المستهلك المعمول بها.
21. Warranty
Products supplied through a subscription are covered by any applicable VOGG commercial warranty and mandatory consumer protections applicable to the transaction.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
21. الضمان
تخضع المنتجات التي يتم توفيرها من خلال الاشتراك لأي ضمان تجاري من VOGG ينطبق عليها ولحقوق حماية المستهلك الإلزامية المعمول بها.
لا يوجد في شروط الاشتراك هذه ما يحد من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
22. Subscription Communications
VOGG may send service-related communications concerning:
upcoming or completed renewals;
recurring payments;
failed payments;
price changes;
orders;
shipments;
subscription changes;
cancellation;
material changes to these Terms.
These communications may be sent even where the customer has opted out of promotional marketing communications.
22. رسائل الاشتراك
قد ترسل VOGG اتصالات متعلقة بالخدمة بشأن:
التجديدات القادمة أو المكتملة؛
المدفوعات الدورية؛
المدفوعات الفاشلة؛
تغييرات الأسعار؛
الطلبات؛
الشحنات؛
تغييرات الاشتراك؛
الإلغاء؛
التغييرات الجوهرية على هذه الشروط.
وقد يتم إرسال هذه الرسائل حتى إذا كان العميل قد ألغى الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية الترويجية.
23. Shopify and Subscription Technology
VOGG uses Shopify e-commerce infrastructure and compatible subscription technology to support recurring subscriptions.
Shopify provides technology services and is not the seller of VOGG products.
The seller and contractual counterparty remains:

23. Shopify وتقنية الاشتراك
تستخدم VOGG البنية التحتية للتجارة الإلكترونية من Shopify وتقنيات اشتراك متوافقة لدعم الاشتراكات الدورية.
توفر Shopify خدمات تقنية ولا تعتبر بائعًا لمنتجات VOGG.
ويظل البائع والطرف المتعاقد هو:

24. Subscription Consent
Before a customer completes a subscription purchase, VOGG will display the essential subscription information, including:
subscribed product;
quantity;
subscription price;
delivery frequency;
billing frequency;
automatic renewal;
applicable delivery terms;
cancellation conditions.
By confirming the subscription, the customer expressly agrees that the payment method on file may be charged automatically at the disclosed price and frequency until cancellation.
24. الموافقة على الاشتراك
قبل إتمام شراء الاشتراك، تعرض VOGG المعلومات الأساسية المتعلقة بالاشتراك، بما في ذلك:
المنتج المشترك فيه؛
الكمية؛
سعر الاشتراك؛
دورية التوصيل؛
دورية الفوترة؛
التجديد التلقائي؛
شروط التوصيل المطبقة؛
شروط الإلغاء.
من خلال تأكيد الاشتراك، يوافق العميل صراحةً على خصم المبلغ تلقائيًا من وسيلة الدفع المسجلة بالسعر والدورية المعلنين حتى الإلغاء.
25. United Arab Emirates Customers
VOGG subscriptions are currently offered to customers in the United Arab Emirates.
Subscriptions are subject to applicable UAE consumer-protection, e-commerce, payment and other mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
25. العملاء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
تقدم اشتراكات VOGG حاليًا للعملاء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
تخضع الاشتراكات لمتطلبات حماية المستهلك والتجارة الإلكترونية والمدفوعات والمتطلبات القانونية الإلزامية الأخرى المطبقة في دولة الإمارات.
لا تستبعد شروط الاشتراك هذه أو تقيد أي حقوق إلزامية لا يجوز التنازل عنها قانونًا.
26. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Subscription Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.
Where mandatory law provides greater protection, the mandatory protection will prevail.
26. حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية
لا يُقصد بأي حكم في شروط الاشتراك هذه استبعاد أو تقييد أو التنازل عن أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك مقررة بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
عندما يوفر القانون الإلزامي حماية أكبر، تسود تلك الحماية.
27. Personal Information
Personal information relating to subscriptions is processed in accordance with the VOGG Privacy Policy.
This may include information required to:
manage recurring payments;
process orders;
arrange deliveries;
manage subscription changes and cancellation;
communicate with customers.

MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC may update these Subscription Terms to reflect changes in:
subscription services;
available features;
pricing;
payment providers;
Shopify functionality;
delivery arrangements;
legal or regulatory requirements.
Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, customers will receive advance notice where required by applicable law.
28. التغييرات على شروط الاشتراك
يجوز لشركة MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC تحديث شروط الاشتراك هذه لتعكس التغييرات في:
خدمات الاشتراك؛
الميزات المتاحة؛
الأسعار؛
مقدمي خدمات الدفع؛
وظائف Shopify؛
ترتيبات التوصيل؛
المتطلبات القانونية أو التنظيمية.
عندما يؤثر تغيير بصورة جوهرية على اشتراك قائم، يتم إرسال إشعار مسبق إلى العميل عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك.
