At VOGG, we are committed to the quality, reliability and durability of our products.

Eligible VOGG electric toothbrushes therefore come with a 2-Year Limited Commercial Warranty, subject to the terms below.

2. Warranty Period

Eligible VOGG electric toothbrushes are covered by this commercial warranty for 2 years, subject to these Warranty Terms and applicable law.

Customers must be able to provide sufficient information for VOGG to identify the applicable purchase.

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply and does not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. Products Covered

The 2-Year Limited Commercial Warranty applies to eligible VOGG electric toothbrushes purchased directly from VOGG or through an authorized VOGG sales channel, subject to verification of purchase.

The warranty primarily covers the electric toothbrush unit and its integrated components.

4. What the Warranty Covers

The VOGG warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions arising during normal use during the applicable warranty period.

Covered defects may include, where confirmed:

• motor malfunction;

• failure preventing normal operation;

• electronic defects;

• charging problems attributable to the product;

• defective buttons or controls;

• other manufacturing or material defects preventing normal intended operation.

Each claim is reviewed individually.

5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the commercial warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:

normal wear and tear; normal cosmetic wear; scratches or marks that do not affect functionality; misuse; failure to follow instructions; negligence; accidents; impacts or drops; intentional damage; unauthorized modifications or repairs; unauthorized disassembly; improper maintenance; incompatible accessories where they caused the damage; or other abnormal use.

The warranty also does not cover a defect caused solely by an external event rather than a manufacturing defect.

These exclusions apply only to the VOGG commercial warranty and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

6. Brush Heads and Consumables

Replacement brush heads and other consumable components are not covered by the 2-year commercial warranty for normal wear.

Brush-head bristles are expected to wear over time and require regular replacement.

This exclusion does not affect applicable rights where a consumable arrives defective, damaged or non-conforming.

7. What Happens If Your Toothbrush Is Defective?

Where a claim is accepted under the VOGG commercial warranty, VOGG will generally provide the following remedy:

1. Repair, where reasonably possible and appropriate;

2. If repair is not reasonably possible or appropriate, replacement at no charge;

3. If neither repair nor replacement is reasonably possible or appropriate, a refund for the affected product.

The appropriate remedy may depend on the defect, product or parts availability and applicable law.

8. Free Replacement

Where replacement is selected as the appropriate warranty remedy, VOGG will provide the replacement at no charge to the customer.

If the original model is unavailable, VOGG may provide an equivalent model with comparable characteristics, subject to applicable mandatory rights.

9. Return Shipping Paid by VOGG

Where return of the product is reasonably necessary to process an accepted warranty claim, VOGG will cover the required return shipping costs in accordance with instructions provided by Customer Support.

Customers must contact VOGG before shipping the product.

Where applicable, VOGG will provide a prepaid return label or another return solution paid for by VOGG.

10. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Where possible, provide:

• your order number;

• your name and email address;

• the product concerned;

• a description of the issue.

VOGG may reasonably request photographs or a short video to diagnose the problem and avoid unnecessary returns.

11. Verification

VOGG may perform or request reasonable checks to determine:

the nature of the problem; whether the product is covered; whether the malfunction results from a covered defect; and the appropriate remedy.

A photograph or video may sometimes be sufficient.

In other cases, VOGG may require the product to be returned for examination.

12. Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase may be requested.

For purchases made directly through VOGG, an order number or other transaction information may be sufficient.

For purchases through an authorized retailer, a receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase may be required.

13. Replacement Products

A product replaced under the VOGG commercial warranty remains covered for the remaining period of the original commercial warranty, unless applicable law requires a longer or additional warranty period.

14. Repaired Products

A repaired product remains covered for the remainder of the applicable commercial warranty period, subject to any additional protections required by applicable law.

15. Model Availability

If the original model or color is unavailable, VOGG may offer an equivalent replacement.

Where reasonably possible, the replacement will have characteristics comparable to the original product.

16. United States Customers

For customers located in the United States, warranty rights may vary according to applicable federal and state law.

The VOGG 2-Year Limited Commercial Warranty is provided in addition to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Some states may not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions of this Warranty Policy may not apply to every customer in the same way.

17. United Arab Emirates Customers

For customers located in the United Arab Emirates, this commercial warranty is provided in addition to mandatory consumer rights and remedies available under applicable UAE law.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive a mandatory consumer right that legally applies to the transaction.

Where applicable mandatory UAE consumer protection requirements provide a customer with greater protection than this commercial warranty, those requirements prevail.

18. Limitation of Exclusions

No exclusion in this Policy applies where the exclusion would be prohibited by applicable mandatory law.

This Warranty Policy does not restrict rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods where those rights are granted by applicable law.

19. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

VOGG may reject a claim under its commercial warranty where reasonable evidence demonstrates that:

the claim is fraudulent; information or documents have been falsified; the product was intentionally damaged; or the conditions of the commercial warranty are clearly not satisfied.

This does not limit mandatory legal rights a customer may have.

20. Personal Information

Information provided in connection with a warranty claim may be used to process the claim, verify the purchase, diagnose the issue, arrange a return, provide a repair or replacement, issue a refund and prevent fraudulent claims.

Personal information is also handled in accordance with the VOGG Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to This Warranty Policy

MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC may update this Warranty Policy for products purchased in the future to reflect changes in products, services or applicable legal requirements.

Changes do not retroactively reduce mandatory protections or contractual warranty rights applicable to products already purchased.
