2. Warranty Period
Eligible VOGG electric toothbrushes are covered by this commercial warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, subject to these Warranty Terms and applicable law.
Customers must be able to provide sufficient information for VOGG to identify the relevant purchase.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to mandatory consumer rights applicable under UAE law and does not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. مدة الضمان
تتمتع فرش الأسنان الكهربائية المؤهلة من VOGG بهذا الضمان التجاري لمدة سنتين من تاريخ التوصيل، وفقًا لشروط الضمان هذه والقانون المعمول به.
يجب أن يتمكن العميل من تقديم معلومات كافية تسمح لـ VOGG بتحديد عملية الشراء ذات الصلة.
يُقدم هذا الضمان التجاري بالإضافة إلى حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية المطبقة بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ولا يستبعد أو يقيد أي حقوق لا يجوز التنازل عنها قانونًا.
3. Products Covered
The 2-Year Limited Commercial Warranty applies to eligible VOGG electric toothbrushes purchased directly from VOGG through www.thevogg.ae or through an authorized VOGG sales channel, subject to verification of purchase.
The warranty primarily covers the electric toothbrush unit and its integrated components.
3. المنتجات المشمولة
ينطبق الضمان التجاري المحدود لمدة سنتين على فرش الأسنان الكهربائية المؤهلة من VOGG التي تم شراؤها مباشرةً من VOGG عبر www.thevogg.ae أو من خلال قناة بيع معتمدة من VOGG، مع مراعاة التحقق من الشراء.
يغطي الضمان بصورة أساسية وحدة فرشاة الأسنان الكهربائية ومكوناتها المدمجة.
4. What the Warranty Covers
The VOGG warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions arising during normal intended use during the applicable warranty period.
Covered defects may include, where confirmed:
motor malfunction;
failure preventing normal operation;
electronic defects;
charging problems attributable to the product;
defective buttons or controls;
other manufacturing or material defects that prevent normal intended operation.
Each warranty claim is reviewed individually.
4. ما الذي يغطيه الضمان
يغطي ضمان VOGG عيوب التصنيع والأعطال التي تحدث أثناء الاستخدام الطبيعي والمقصود للمنتج خلال فترة الضمان المطبقة.
وقد تشمل العيوب المشمولة، عند التأكد منها:
عطل المحرك؛
عطل يمنع التشغيل الطبيعي؛
العيوب الإلكترونية؛
مشكلات الشحن الناتجة عن المنتج نفسه؛
الأزرار أو أدوات التحكم المعيبة؛
أي عيوب أخرى في التصنيع أو المواد تمنع التشغيل الطبيعي والمقصود.
تتم مراجعة كل مطالبة ضمان بشكل فردي.
5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the commercial warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:
normal wear and tear;
normal cosmetic wear;
scratches or marks that do not affect functionality;
misuse;
failure to follow product instructions;
negligence;
accidents;
impacts or drops;
intentional damage;
unauthorized modifications;
unauthorized repairs;
unauthorized disassembly;
improper maintenance;
incompatible accessories where they caused the damage;
abnormal or unintended use;
damage caused solely by an external event rather than a manufacturing defect.
These exclusions apply only to the VOGG commercial warranty and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
5. ما الذي لا يغطيه الضمان
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يغطي الضمان التجاري الضرر أو العطل الناتج عن:
الاستهلاك الطبيعي؛
التآكل التجميلي الطبيعي؛
الخدوش أو العلامات التي لا تؤثر على الوظيفة؛
سوء الاستخدام؛
عدم اتباع تعليمات المنتج؛
الإهمال؛
الحوادث؛
الصدمات أو السقوط؛
الضرر المتعمد؛
التعديلات غير المصرح بها؛
الإصلاحات غير المصرح بها؛
فك المنتج دون تصريح؛
الصيانة غير الصحيحة؛
الإكسسوارات غير المتوافقة إذا كانت سبب الضرر؛
الاستخدام غير الطبيعي أو غير المقصود؛
الضرر الناتج فقط عن حدث خارجي وليس عن عيب تصنيع.
تنطبق هذه الاستثناءات فقط على ضمان VOGG التجاري ولا تقيد حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
6. Brush Heads and Consumables
Replacement brush heads and other consumable components are not covered by the 2-year commercial warranty for normal wear and tear.
Brush-head bristles are expected to wear over time and require regular replacement.
This exclusion does not affect applicable rights where a consumable product arrives defective, damaged or non-conforming.
6. رؤوس الفرش والمواد الاستهلاكية
لا يغطي الضمان التجاري لمدة سنتين رؤوس الفرش البديلة والمكونات الاستهلاكية الأخرى فيما يتعلق بالاستهلاك الطبيعي.
من المتوقع أن تتآكل شعيرات رؤوس الفرش بمرور الوقت وتحتاج إلى الاستبدال المنتظم.
ولا يؤثر هذا الاستثناء على الحقوق المطبقة إذا وصل المنتج الاستهلاكي معيبًا أو تالفًا أو غير مطابق.
7. What Happens If Your Toothbrush Is Defective?
Where a warranty claim is accepted, VOGG will generally provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
1. Repair, where reasonably possible and appropriate;
2. Replacement at no charge, where repair is not reasonably possible or appropriate;
3. Refund, where neither repair nor replacement is reasonably possible or appropriate.
The appropriate remedy may depend on:
the nature of the defect;
product availability;
replacement-part availability;
technical feasibility;
applicable UAE consumer-protection requirements.
7. ماذا يحدث إذا كانت فرشاة الأسنان معيبة؟
عند قبول مطالبة الضمان، توفر VOGG عادةً وسيلة معالجة مناسبة قد تشمل:
1. الإصلاح، عندما يكون ذلك ممكنًا ومناسبًا بصورة معقولة؛
2. الاستبدال دون رسوم، إذا لم يكن الإصلاح ممكنًا أو مناسبًا بصورة معقولة؛
3. استرداد المبلغ، إذا لم يكن الإصلاح أو الاستبدال ممكنًا أو مناسبًا بصورة معقولة.
قد تعتمد وسيلة المعالجة المناسبة على:
طبيعة العيب؛
توفر المنتج؛
توفر قطع الاستبدال؛
الإمكانية التقنية؛
متطلبات حماية المستهلك المطبقة في دولة الإمارات.
8. Free Replacement
Where replacement is selected as the appropriate warranty remedy, VOGG will provide the replacement at no charge to the customer.
If the original model or colour is unavailable, VOGG may offer an equivalent replacement with comparable characteristics, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
8. الاستبدال المجاني
عندما يتم اختيار الاستبدال كوسيلة المعالجة المناسبة بموجب الضمان، توفر VOGG المنتج البديل دون أي تكلفة على العميل.
إذا لم يكن الطراز أو اللون الأصلي متوفرًا، يجوز لـ VOGG تقديم بديل مكافئ بخصائص مماثلة، مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية المطبقة.
9. Return Shipping Paid by VOGG
Where return of the product is reasonably necessary to process an accepted warranty claim, VOGG will cover the required return shipping costs according to the return instructions provided by Customer Support.
Customers must contact VOGG before shipping the product.
Where applicable, VOGG may provide a prepaid return solution or otherwise arrange and pay for the required return.
9. تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على VOGG
عندما يكون إرجاع المنتج ضروريًا بصورة معقولة لمعالجة مطالبة ضمان مقبولة، تتحمل VOGG تكاليف شحن الإرجاع المطلوبة وفقًا للتعليمات التي تقدمها خدمة العملاء.
يجب على العميل التواصل مع VOGG قبل شحن المنتج.
وحيثما ينطبق ذلك، قد توفر VOGG وسيلة إرجاع مدفوعة مسبقًا أو تقوم بترتيب ودفع تكلفة الإرجاع المطلوبة.
10. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact:
Where possible, please provide:
your order number;
your name;
your email address;
the product concerned;
a clear description of the issue.
VOGG may reasonably request photographs or a short video to help diagnose the problem and avoid unnecessary returns.
10. كيفية تقديم مطالبة ضمان
لتقديم مطالبة ضمان، يرجى التواصل عبر:
ويرجى، قدر الإمكان، تقديم:

الاسم؛
البريد الإلكتروني؛
المنتج المعني؛
وصف واضح للمشكلة.
يجوز لـ VOGG طلب صور أو مقطع فيديو قصير بشكل معقول للمساعدة في تشخيص المشكلة وتجنب عمليات الإرجاع غير الضرورية.
11. Verification of Warranty Claims
VOGG may perform or request reasonable checks to determine:
the nature of the problem;
whether the product is covered;
whether the malfunction results from a covered defect;
the appropriate remedy.
A photograph or video may sometimes be sufficient.
In other cases, VOGG may require the product to be returned for examination.
11. التحقق من مطالبات الضمان
يجوز لـ VOGG إجراء أو طلب فحوص معقولة لتحديد:
طبيعة المشكلة؛
ما إذا كان المنتج مشمولًا بالضمان؛
ما إذا كان العطل ناتجًا عن عيب مشمول؛
وسيلة المعالجة المناسبة.
قد تكون صورة أو مقطع فيديو كافيًا في بعض الحالات.
وفي حالات أخرى، قد تطلب VOGG إعادة المنتج للفحص.
12. Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase may be requested.
For purchases made directly through www.thevogg.ae, an order number or other transaction information may be sufficient.
For purchases made through an authorized retailer, a receipt, invoice or other valid proof of purchase may be required.

قد يُطلب إثبات الشراء.
بالنسبة للمشتريات التي تتم مباشرةً عبر **www.thevogg.ae**، قد يكون رقم الطلب أو معلومات المعاملة الأخرى كافيًا.
أما المشتريات التي تتم من خلال بائع معتمد، فقد يُطلب إيصال أو فاتورة أو إثبات شراء صالح آخر.
13. Replacement Products
A product replaced under the VOGG commercial warranty remains covered for the remaining period of the original commercial warranty, unless applicable mandatory UAE law requires a longer or additional protection period.

يظل المنتج الذي تم استبداله بموجب ضمان VOGG التجاري مشمولًا بالضمان خلال المدة المتبقية من الضمان التجاري الأصلي، ما لم يتطلب القانون الإلزامي في دولة الإمارات فترة حماية أطول أو إضافية.
14. Repaired Products
A repaired product remains covered for the remainder of the applicable commercial warranty period, subject to any additional mandatory protections required by applicable UAE law.

يظل المنتج الذي تم إصلاحه مشمولًا بالضمان خلال المدة المتبقية من فترة الضمان التجاري المطبقة، مع مراعاة أي حماية إلزامية إضافية تفرضها قوانين دولة الإمارات.
15. Model and Colour Availability
If the original model or colour is unavailable, VOGG may offer an equivalent replacement.
Where reasonably possible, the replacement will have characteristics comparable to the original product.

إذا لم يكن الطراز أو اللون الأصلي متوفرًا، يجوز لـ VOGG تقديم بديل مكافئ.
وحيثما يكون ذلك ممكنًا بصورة معقولة، تكون خصائص المنتج البديل مماثلة لخصائص المنتج الأصلي.
16. United Arab Emirates Consumer Rights
This commercial warranty is provided to customers in the United Arab Emirates in addition to mandatory consumer rights and remedies available under applicable UAE law.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive a mandatory consumer right that legally applies to the transaction.
Where mandatory UAE consumer-protection requirements provide greater protection than this commercial warranty, those mandatory requirements prevail.
16. حقوق المستهلك في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
يُقدم هذا الضمان التجاري للعملاء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بالإضافة إلى حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية ووسائل الانتصاف المتاحة بموجب القوانين المطبقة في دولة الإمارات.
لا يُقصد بأي حكم في سياسة الضمان هذه استبعاد أو تقييد أو التنازل عن أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك ينطبق قانونًا على المعاملة.
إذا كانت متطلبات حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في دولة الإمارات توفر حماية أكبر من هذا الضمان التجاري، فتسود المتطلبات الإلزامية.
17. Limitation of Exclusions
No exclusion or limitation in this Warranty Policy applies where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
This Warranty Policy does not restrict rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming goods where such rights are granted by applicable UAE law.
17. حدود الاستثناءات
لا ينطبق أي استثناء أو تقييد وارد في سياسة الضمان هذه إذا كان هذا الاستثناء أو التقييد محظورًا بموجب القانون الإلزامي.
ولا تقيد سياسة الضمان هذه الحقوق المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة عندما يمنحها القانون المطبق في دولة الإمارات.
18. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
VOGG may reject a claim under its commercial warranty where reasonable evidence shows that:
the claim is fraudulent;
information or documents were falsified;
the product was intentionally damaged;
the warranty conditions are clearly not satisfied.
This does not limit mandatory legal rights that may apply.
18. المطالبات الاحتيالية أو المسيئة
يجوز لـ VOGG رفض مطالبة بموجب الضمان التجاري إذا أظهرت أدلة معقولة أن:
المطالبة احتيالية؛
تم تزوير المعلومات أو المستندات؛
تم إتلاف المنتج عمدًا؛
شروط الضمان غير مستوفاة بوضوح.
ولا يحد ذلك من الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية التي قد تنطبق.
19. Personal Information
Information provided in connection with a warranty claim may be used to:
process the claim;
verify the purchase;
diagnose the issue;
arrange a product return;
arrange a repair;
provide a replacement;
issue a refund;
prevent fraudulent claims;
communicate with the customer.
Personal information is processed in accordance with the VOGG Privacy Policy.
19. البيانات الشخصية
قد تُستخدم المعلومات المقدمة في إطار مطالبة الضمان من أجل:
معالجة المطالبة؛
التحقق من الشراء؛
تشخيص المشكلة؛
ترتيب إرجاع المنتج؛
ترتيب الإصلاح؛
توفير بديل؛
رد المبلغ؛
منع المطالبات الاحتيالية؛
التواصل مع العميل.
تتم معالجة البيانات الشخصية وفقًا لـ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ VOGG.
20. Changes to This Warranty Policy
MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC may update this Warranty Policy for future purchases to reflect changes in:
products;
services;
warranty procedures;
technology;
legal or regulatory requirements.
Changes will not retroactively reduce mandatory consumer protections or commercial warranty rights already applicable to products previously purchased.
20. التغييرات على سياسة الضمان
يجوز لشركة MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC تحديث سياسة الضمان هذه للمشتريات المستقبلية لتعكس التغييرات في:
المنتجات؛
الخدمات؛
إجراءات الضمان؛
التقنية؛
المتطلبات القانونية أو التنظيمية.
لن تؤدي التغييرات بأثر رجعي إلى تقليل حقوق حماية المستهلك الإلزامية أو حقوق الضمان التجاري التي تنطبق بالفعل على المنتجات التي تم شراؤها سابقًا.
