2. Purpose and Scope
These Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the VOGG UAE website and purchases made through www.thevogg.ae.
VOGG currently sells and delivers products within the United Arab Emirates only.
By placing an order or subscribing to a recurring VOGG service, the customer agrees to these Terms and the policies referred to herein.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights applicable under UAE law.
2. الغرض ونطاق التطبيق
تنظم شروط وأحكام البيع والاستخدام هذه الوصول إلى موقع VOGG في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة واستخدامه وعمليات الشراء التي تتم عبر www.thevogg.ae.
تقوم VOGG حاليًا ببيع وتوصيل المنتجات داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.
من خلال تقديم طلب أو الاشتراك في خدمة دورية من VOGG، يوافق العميل على هذه الشروط والسياسات المشار إليها فيها.
لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أو تقيد أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك مقررة بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
3. Legal Capacity
Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding contract and make purchases through the website.
Where an order is placed on behalf of another person or organization, the person placing the order confirms that they are authorized to do so.

يجب أن يتمتع العملاء بالأهلية القانونية اللازمة لإبرام عقد ملزم وإجراء عمليات شراء عبر الموقع.

4. VOGG Products
VOGG sells sonic electric toothbrushes, replacement brush heads, water flossers, accessories and other oral-care products.
The main characteristics, specifications and contents of each product are displayed on the relevant product page.
Customers should review the available product information, instructions and precautions before purchase and use.
Photographs, videos, animations and 3D renderings are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

تبيع VOGG فرش أسنان كهربائية صوتية ورؤوس فرش بديلة وأجهزة تنظيف الأسنان بالماء وإكسسوارات ومنتجات أخرى للعناية بالفم.
يتم عرض الخصائص والمواصفات والمحتويات الرئيسية لكل منتج على صفحة المنتج ذات الصلة.
يجب على العملاء مراجعة معلومات المنتج وتعليمات الاستخدام والاحتياطات المتاحة قبل الشراء والاستخدام.

6. Colours and Variants
Certain VOGG products are available in different colours or variants.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected colours, variants and quantities before confirming an order.

7. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, VOGG may offer an alternative, a revised delivery date or a refund for the unavailable product.

8. Prices and Currency
All prices on the UAE website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory charges are displayed before the purchase is confirmed.

9. Pricing Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing error caused by a technical or data-entry issue, VOGG may contact the customer before fulfilment and propose an appropriate solution.
If an affected order cannot be fulfilled, any applicable payment will be refunded.

في حالة وجود خطأ واضح في السعر بسبب مشكلة تقنية أو خطأ في إدخال البيانات، يجوز لـ VOGG التواصل مع العميل قبل تنفيذ الطلب واقتراح حل مناسب.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes
VOGG may offer promotions, discounts, gifts, discount codes, prize wheels or other promotional offers.
Specific conditions may apply to individual promotions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information required for payment and delivery.
Customers must review their products, quantities, colours and delivery information before completing an order.

13. Refusal or Cancellation of Orders
VOGG may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, materially incorrect customer information, product unavailability, obvious pricing errors or legal restrictions.
Where VOGG cancels a paid order before supply, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

14. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed through Stripe and/or other payment service providers made available by VOGG.
VOGG does not necessarily receive or store complete customer payment-card information.

Payments through the UAE website are processed in AED.
A customer's bank or payment provider may independently impose fees outside VOGG's control.

VOGG currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.
Standard UAE Delivery
24–48 hours
AED 22 for orders below AED 129
FREE standard delivery for qualifying orders of AED 129 or more
Dubai 4-Hour Express
For eligible Dubai addresses:
4-Hour Express Delivery — AED 29
Eligible orders placed before 6:00 PM may be delivered within approximately four hours, subject to service coverage and availability.
The Dubai 4-Hour Express option remains chargeable even if the order qualifies for free standard delivery.

17. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to remote locations, carrier issues, weather, public holidays, unusually high order volumes or circumstances beyond VOGG's reasonable control.

18. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Return Policy
VOGG provides a commercial return period of 30 days from delivery for eligible products.
This 30-day return policy is not a trial period.
A toothbrush cannot be used and then returned simply because the customer changed their mind.
For a change-of-mind return, the eligible product must comply with the return conditions described below.

19. Condition of Returned Products
For a change-of-mind return, products must be:
unused;
undamaged;
complete;
in their original condition;
returned with all original accessories;
and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
A toothbrush that has been used is not eligible for a change-of-mind return, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or where the product is defective or non-conforming.

في حالة الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، يجب أن يكون المنتج:

20. Hygiene Products
Replacement brush heads and other products intended to come into direct contact with the mouth are hygiene products.
Opened, unsealed or used hygiene products cannot be returned for change of mind where such restriction is permitted by applicable law.
Rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

تعتبر رؤوس فرش الأسنان البديلة وغيرها من المنتجات المصممة للتلامس المباشر مع الفم منتجات نظافة شخصية.
لا يمكن إرجاع منتجات النظافة التي تم فتحها أو إزالة ختمها أو استخدامها بسبب تغيير الرأي، حيث يسمح القانون بذلك.
ولا تتأثر حقوق العميل المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة.
21. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved under VOGG's 30-day return policy, VOGG will cover return shipping costs when the customer follows the return procedure provided by Customer Support.
Customers must contact VOGG before sending a return.

22. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible returned product, VOGG will process the applicable refund.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.

23. VOGG 2-Year Commercial Warranty
Where expressly offered, VOGG provides a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects and malfunctions arising during normal intended use.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to mandatory consumer rights.

24. Warranty Exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, the commercial warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear;
consumables worn through normal use;
accidental damage;
misuse;
unauthorized modification or repair;
damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.

25. Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers receiving a defective, damaged or incorrect product should contact:

AED 69 every 3 months
Delivery within the UAE is included free of charge for recurring subscription shipments.
This free-delivery benefit applies only to subscription shipments.
One-time replacement-head purchases and accessories are separate purchases and are subject to the applicable normal delivery conditions.
26. اشتراكات رؤوس الفرش البديلة
تقدم VOGG حاليًا الاشتراكات الدورية التالية:

التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة مجاني لشحنات الاشتراك الدورية.
تنطبق ميزة التوصيل المجاني فقط على شحنات الاشتراك.
تعتبر مشتريات رؤوس الفرش لمرة واحدة والإكسسوارات عمليات شراء منفصلة وتخضع لشروط التوصيل العادية المطبقة.
27. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew every three months until cancelled.
The customer's payment method is automatically charged according to the selected subscription.

يتم تجديد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا كل ثلاثة أشهر حتى يقوم العميل بإلغائها.

28. Subscription Cancellation
There is no minimum commitment period.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next recurring order is processed.
VOGG subscriptions currently do not include a pause or skip option unless expressly stated otherwise.

يمكن للعملاء إلغاء اشتراكهم في أي وقت قبل معالجة الطلب الدوري التالي.

29. One-Time Replacement-Head Purchases
Replacement-head packs sold for one-time purchase are not subscriptions.
They do not automatically renew and do not benefit from subscription-only free delivery.

باقات رؤوس الفرش التي يتم شراؤها لمرة واحدة ليست اشتراكات.

30. Promotional Activities
VOGG may operate prize wheels, contests, giveaways or other promotional campaigns.
The applicable promotion may have its own eligibility requirements, prizes, validity periods and conditions.

Products must be used in accordance with their instructions.
Oral-care information provided by VOGG is for general informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical or dental advice.

يجب استخدام المنتجات وفقًا لتعليماتها.
المعلومات التي تقدمها VOGG بشأن العناية بالفم هي لأغراض معلوماتية عامة فقط ولا تحل محل المشورة الطبية أو مشورة طبيب الأسنان المتخصص.
32. Intellectual Property
The VOGG website, visual identity, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, logos and other content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction or exploitation is prohibited where applicable.

قد يكون موقع VOGG وهويته البصرية ورسوماته وتصاميمه وصوره ومقاطع الفيديو وشعاراته والمحتوى الآخر محميًا بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.

33. Customer Reviews
Customer reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
VOGG may moderate fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
A “Verified” designation must correspond to the verification process actually used.

يجب أن تعكس تقييمات العملاء تجارب حقيقية.
يجوز لـ VOGG مراجعة أو إزالة المحتوى الاحتيالي أو غير القانوني أو المسيء أو المضلل.

34. User-Generated Content
Commercial use by VOGG of photographs, videos, testimonials or other content provided by customers or creators is subject to the permissions granted by the relevant person.

35. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

36. Force Majeure
To the extent permitted by law, MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.

39. Shopify and Third-Party Services
Shopify provides VOGG's e-commerce technology infrastructure.
The seller remains MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC.
VOGG may also use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and support providers.
39. Shopify وخدمات الجهات الخارجية
توفر Shopify البنية التحتية التقنية للتجارة الإلكترونية الخاصة بـ VOGG.
ويظل البائع هو MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC.
وقد تستخدم VOGG أيضًا مقدمي خدمات خارجيين للدفع والتوصيل والتحليلات ودعم العملاء.
40. Governing Law
These Terms and sales through www.thevogg.ae are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

يُشجع العملاء على التواصل مع VOGG أولًا لمحاولة حل أي نزاع وديًا حيثما أمكن.
ولا تتأثر سبل الانتصاف الإلزامية المتاحة للمستهلك بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات.
43. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

إذا تقرر أن أي حكم من هذه الشروط غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، تظل الأحكام الأخرى سارية في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
44. Changes to These Terms
MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC may update these Terms to reflect changes to products, services, business practices or legal requirements.
For one-time orders, the Terms applicable are generally those in effect when the order is placed.

يجوز لشركة MGTC ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC تحديث هذه الشروط لتعكس التغييرات في المنتجات أو الخدمات أو ممارسات العمل أو المتطلبات القانونية.
